Hi, I'm Elisa. I'm the kind of person who shows up fully, figures it out fast, and somehow makes it look easy. Not because it always is, but because I genuinely love the work.

By day I'm a creative operator — the connective tissue between big visions and the logistics that make them real. I've spent over a decade building things that didn't exist yet: global infrastructure for Web3 startups, technology-based art exhibitions in NYC, large-scale installations in the Nevada desert with no grid power and absolutely no margin for error.

I'm the Founder and Curator of Human-Assisted Art, a platform where artists and technologists partner to create work that pushes boundaries. I'm also Co-Founder of Just Be Creative Solutions, a boutique creative agency that helps artists turn their dreams into reality. I've been showing up to Burning Man since 2012, managing teams of up to 175 people in conditions that make any corporate deadline feel breezy.

I'm a certified yoga instructor, a Vipassana meditator, an avid traveler, a gardener, and someone who believes deeply that the most extraordinary things happen when you put the right people in a room and let them be their most authentic selves.
